  4. All reservations via the website or mobile platforms imply full acceptance of these terms and the reserved tariff conditions.

  • Tariff-specific terms:
    Terms relating to payment, modifiability, or cancellation of a specific reservation.

  • Booking confirmation:
    A digital document summarizing the characteristics of the reserved services and, where applicable, containing the client’s credit card details for prepayment or guarantee purposes. Acceptance of this document binds the client contractually.

  • Client:
    A natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal, or agricultural activity.

  • Email:
    Any text, voice, sound, or image message sent over a public communication network and stored on the recipient's server or device.

  • Booking request:
    A hotel room reservation made via the website or mobile services.

  • Partners:
    Service providers accessible via the website or mobile services of the hotel or its partners.

  • Online booking:
    Reservation of hotel rooms through the website or mobile services using a digital booking form.

  • Service:

  2. The reservation is completed upon receipt of the booking confirmation or payment via credit card.
  3. Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process.

8.2 Partner Services

  1. Partner service reservations are made via their respective online booking platforms.
  2. The reservation is finalized upon receipt of confirmation or prepayment.
  3. The client must complete all requested information accurately.
  4. The process mirrors the steps outlined in Section 8.1, with additional acceptance of the partner’s terms.

9. Reservation Acknowledgment

  1. The website or mobile services acknowledge the reservation via email, sent to the client’s provided address.
  2. This email summarizes the reservation, including the selected services, price, terms, and vendor contact details.

11. Cancellation or Modification by the Client

  1. Clients do not have the right of withdrawal as per Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
  2. Cancellation and modification conditions are detailed in the tariff-specific terms.
  3. Prepaid reservations are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
  4. If cancellation or modification is permitted, it can be done online or directly with the hotel.
  5. No refunds are provided for interrupted stays.
  6. Clients must vacate their room by 11:00 a.m. on the final day of their reservation; failure to do so will result in an extra night charge.

12. Stay at the Hotel

14. Complaints

Complaints about hotel services must be submitted in writing to SARL L’ESCAPADE (Hotel L'Auberge Camarguaise) within eight days of departure.


15. Prices

  1. Prices are displayed before and during the reservation process.
  2. Prices are quoted per room, based on the number of guests and selected dates.
  3. Prices are inclusive of VAT and valid only for the specified duration.
  4. Payment in currencies other than Euros may incur exchange fees, which are the client’s responsibility.

16. Payment

17. Record Retention

  1. The hotel retains digital copies of contractual documents for 10 years.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

  2. Clients consent to data processing for necessary services (e.g., payment processing).
  3. The hotel may blacklist clients for inappropriate behavior (e.g., vandalism, non-payment), barring future bookings.

19. Evidence Agreement

  1. Digital acceptance of terms and conditions is equivalent to a handwritten signature.
  2. Client IP addresses are recorded at the time of booking for security purposes.

20. Relocation

21. Force Majeure

After contacting the hotel’s customer service and receiving either a negative response or no response within 60 days, the client may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediation Service at www.mtv.travel or by mail: MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage – BP 80303-75823 Cedex 17. Clients have up to 12 months after the initial complaint to request mediation.

23. Governing Law

The general terms of SARL L’ESCAPADE are governed exclusively by French law.


24. Entirety of the Agreement

24.1 General Provisions

  1. These general terms, the reserved tariff-specific terms, and the booking confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
  2. No client-provided terms will override these general terms.
  3. In case of contradictions between the booking confirmation and the general terms, the booking confirmation prevails for the specific obligation in question.

24.2 Partner Services

  1. In case of contradictions between SARL L’ESCAPADE’s general terms and those of a partner, SARL L’ESCAPADE’s terms prevail.

25. Severability

If one or more provisions of these general terms are deemed invalid under applicable law or a final court decision, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.


26. Language

  1. The official language of these terms is French.
  2. In case of translations, the French version prevails in case of disputes or interpretation issues.

27. Changes to Online Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time. The new version will apply to all bookings made after its publication on the website. Bookings made prior to the update will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
